DOCUMENTARY

Senegal is a country where the oral tradition has played a major role in the preservation and the dissemination of information and knowledge. 

But what happens when those who have that knowledge, those who have experienced /witnessed some facts  (the elders & griots) die off?  Then we lose that part of our tradition, some of it may me distorted, or we may have wrong information without having the possibility to never know where the truth lies. 

The best way to keep that tradition for the future generations and to share it with the world is to make documentaries of those key events only our elders and griots have the secret.
